RAW APPLE CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla or black walnut flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts (black walnuts or pecans)
3 c. chopped raw apples (Red Delicious)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together eggs, sugar and oil. Add combined flour, salt, soda. Add vanilla, nuts and apples and mix well. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan or tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done.

ICING FOR RAW APPLE CAKE:

1 stick butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Mix and boil 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over cake while hot.
