BRAUNSCHWEIGER PATE 
1 lb. braunschweiger (broken up)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
Snipped parsley
Crackers

In mixer bowl combine braunschweiger, half of the cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and onion. Beat smooth. Form into an igloo shape; place on plate. Cover. Chill. Whip remaining half package cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and hot pepper sauce until smooth. Spread evenly over igloo shape. Chill.

Garish with snipped parsley. Serve with crackers.
