|JIM BEAM COOKIES|
2 sticks butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Whiskey
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
4 c. pecans, chopped
4 c. raisins
Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Dissolve baking soda in whiskey and mix with other mixture. Add flour, then nuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake about 8 minutes at 375°F.
Makes 9 to 11 dozen cookies. (Use a large bowl for mixing.)
