MICROWAVE EGG CUSTARD 
1 3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk in glass cup 3 1/2 minutes on high. Mix rest of ingredients and add hot milk. Pour into 6 custard cups. Microwave 9-12 minutes, power 4, or until set but not real firm. Cool room temperature.
