ROAST LOAF OF PORK 
3 lb. boneless pork loin
5 strips bacon
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. rosemary
1 lg. onion
Sage
Thyme
Salt
Pepper

Chop bacon. Mince garlic. Crush rosemary and combine with bacon and garlic. Cut pork partially through center. Open and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread bacon mixture over cut surface, close and tie. Rub outside with sage, thyme, and pepper. Slice onion. Place onion on bottom of a baking dish. Place pork loin on top of onions. Bake at 325 degrees about 40 minutes per pound.
