Pork, beef, chicken or shrimp
Slice vegetables into small pieces. Cut meat into small bite size pieces. Cook pork and use juice. Wash rice sticks and break them.
Cook garlic in oil until brown then add onions then meat. Then add vegetables and the juice form the meat. Add Morton seasoning to taste, pepper to taste, a little soy sauce. Bring to a boil and then add rice sticks and cook until sticks are soft.
