FRIED BREAD STICKS 
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 c. water
2 c. oil

In a medium bowl mix all of the ingredients together until it forms a dough. Roll dough into sticks or desired shapes. In a deep frying pan or fryer, heat the 2 cups of oil. Using long prongs (DO NOT USE YOUR FINGERS), drop dough pieces into the oil and let fry until a light crispy brown. For added taste butter fried bread sticks or spread jellies and jams on them.
