FAST & EASY VEAL PARMESAN 
2 lbs. veal cutlets
1 1/2 c. Redi-flavored bread crumbs
3 eggs, well beaten
1/3 c. olive oil
2 c. your favorite spaghetti sauce
6 slices Mozzarella cheese

Heat oil in skillet. Dip cutlets in eggs, then in crumbs. Brown slowly on both sides. Put in baking dish and pour on sauce. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
