JIFFY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. egg noodles, uncooked
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
3 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream

In electric skillet, brown beef. Drain. Sprinkle soup, ginger, and pepper over beef. Arrange noodles over beef. Add mushrooms and water, making sure all noodles are moistened. Cover and cook on low temperature for 20-25 minutes.

Blend flour into sour cream and stir into mixture. Cook an additional 3 minutes more.
