VEGETABLE NORMANDY 
1 lg. bag mixed vegetables

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 can French fried onions, save few for top

Cook vegetables until tender. Put vegetables and onions in casserole.

SAUCE: Melt butter. Combine all other ingredients. Blend well. Cook, stirring, until thickened.

Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with remaining onions.
