SAUSAGE HORS D' OEUVRES 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in sm. cubes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. red pepper
2 loaves Pepperidge Farm rye party bread slices

Brown meat with spices. Drain fat off. Add cheese. Heat until melted. On an ungreased cookie sheet, lay out bread slices. Top each slice with meat mixture (a spoonful). Sprinkle top with shredded cheddar cheese (optional). Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts. Approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature.
