OATMEAL SQUARES 
1 c. flaked coconut
3 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine coconut, oatmeal, pecans and salt in large bowl. Place sugar, milk, butter and vanilla in saucepan. Heat to boiling point. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour over oatmeal mixture; blend well. Spread in foil-lined 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Refrigerate. Cut into small squares.
