BAKED EGGS BREAKFAST 
16 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. diced ham or sausage (cooked)
1 tbsp. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Beat eggs in large bowl; add remaining ingredients. Beat well; pour into an oiled 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until mixture is set and top is golden, about 45 minutes. Yield: 10-12 servings.
