PETER PAN CORN FRITTERS 
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 scant tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. whole kernel corn, canned
Deep fat for frying
Confectioners' sugar

Resift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Add egg, milk and corn and stir until well blended. Bring deep fat to 350 degrees and then drop batter into fat by the teaspoons. Fry until golden brown, turning once to cook evenly. Drain fritters on paper. Place on serving platter and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Makes about 16 fritters.
