|EASY BEEF ROAST|
1 (4-5 lb.) boneless roast, bottom round, chuck or rump
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook roast until tender (I use pressure cooker). Put in baking dish. Sprinkle Lipton onion soup over meat. Mix soup with can of broth from meat and pour over roast; cook until bubbly.
