ELEGANT SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained
1 1/4 sticks butter, separated
8 oz. cream cheese
Dash of garlic salt
8 oz. water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs

Cook spinach according to package directions. Cut artichoke hearts in half. Melt 1 stick of butter in a large saucepan. Add cream cheese, spinach, water chestnuts, and garlic salt. Line greased baking dish with artichoke hearts and cover with spinach mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot with remaining butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
