BOL JOL 
1 lb. salt fish
4 tomatoes
1 onion
4 limes
2 sconion
2 green pepper
3 stock celery
1 tbsp. salt or to taste
1 garlic
1 tbsp. oil
3 red hot pepper of choice

Soak fish over night, break into small pieces into a bowl with cut vegetables, 2 tablespoons of oil, nip of garlic, pepper, limes, tomatoes, celery, chive. Mix together and serve with sliced cucumbers, chilled. 6 servings.
