WEIGHT WATCHERS PANCAKES 
2 egg yolks
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk (skim)
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Dash salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites

Take egg whites and beat until fluffy; set aside. Mix egg yolks, milk, vanilla and sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together, add to egg yolks. Then fold egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. Makes 6 to 8 pancakes.
