UPSIDE DOWN PIZZA CORNBREAD 
1 lb. sausage or hamburger meat
1 lg. chopped onion
1 sliced bell pepper
8 oz. tomato sauce
Shredded longhorn mild cheese

Brown hamburger, onion and bell pepper in large skillet; drain fat. Pour tomato sauce over meat mixture in skillet. Top with cheese. Then make a thin batter of cornbread and pour over meat mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until cornbread is golden brown. Let cool a little and then serve!
