SAUSAGE STUFFED POTATOES 
6 to 8 med. potatoes, peeled
1 lb. ground turkey sausage
12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. bottle Italian dressing

Hollow the center of the potatoes with an apple cover, place in salt water until needed. Brown the sausage. Add the cheese to the sausage and stuff each potato with the mixture. Place potatoes in an appropriately sized casserole dish, add any unused sausage mixture and pour the bottle of dressing over everything. Bake in a 375 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
