EASY LASAGNA WITH NO MEAT 
1 1/2 to 2 c. water
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 box of lasagna noodles

Mix water and spaghetti sauce together. In separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese, pepper, parsley, oregano, garlic powder and egg. Start with the sauce on the bottom of the casserole dish, then a layer of ricotta cheese mix, a layer of uncooked noodles and then Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Repeat until you have two or three layers. Cook at 350 degrees for one hour.
