WEIGHT WATCHERS BANANA NUT BREAD 
4 med. well beaten eggs
2 med. bananas
2/3 c. non-fat dry milk
Artificial sweetener to Equal 1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. banana extract
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 slices white bread, crumbled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Add crumbs and mix until smooth. Pour into a 9 inch bundt or tube pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
