BAKED BREADED PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. milk
6 pork chops

Coat 9 x 13 inch pan with butter. Mix dry ingredients. Mix egg and milk. Coat chops with crumbs, then egg mix, then crumbs. Arrange in pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes, turn chops, bake 30 minutes longer.
