2 c. honey
1 c. evaporated milk or 1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. real butter
Dash of salt
2 gal. popped popcorn
In a large pan add honey, cream, butter and salt. Cook on medium heat until it reaches 230 degrees. Pour over popcorn. Eat! Let it cool slightly if you want to make popcorn balls.
