GULAB JAMUN 
2 c. dry nonfat milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 lb. butter, melted
4 c. sugar
Oil to fry

Mix dry milk with Bisquick and make a soft dough with butter. Make small round balls and fry in very slow heat. Combine sugar with 5 cups water. Boil until thick syrup forms. When round balls are cool, soak in syrup. Ready to eat when they cool off. Serves 10.
