OYSTER SOUP 
Empty into a 2-quart saucepan, 1 (8 ounce) can of Cove oysters.

1 tsp. butter
1 1/4 c. water

Boil for about 5 minutes. Add the desired amount of milk (about 3 cups). Remove from heat, salt to taste, if desired. Soup is ready to serve.
