HAMBURGER SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
15 white cracker crumbs (fine)
1 1/8 c. water
Flour
butter
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. Lipton onion soup

Mix beef, crumbs, water, put on cookie sheet 3/4 inch thick and freeze about 3/4 hour before using. Cut into large squares. Dip in flour and brown in butter. Remove and place in roaster. To dipping in browning pan add tomato soup, mushroom soup, onion soup; bring to boil. Mix pour over meat, cover and bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
