FILLING BALLS 
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 c. condensed cream of chicken soup
10-16 c. bread cubes

Saute celery and onion in butter until soft. Meanwhile beat together eggs, water and soup. Combine with bread cubes. Add celery and onion. Mix well with hands. Form into balls. Place in baking pan and dribble additional melted butter over. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 10-20 balls. Freezes well.
