COMPANY GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. fresh or frozen green beans
1/4 c. vinegar
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
2 slices toast, cut into croutons
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Steam green beans 4-5 minutes; sprinkle vinegar over and set aside. Melt butter in large fry pan and add garlic, onion, croutons and beans; saute for 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
