BUTTERNUT SQUASH PUDDING 
2 c. cooked squash
1 lg. can Carnation milk
2 c. brown or white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. butter flavoring
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick melted butter

Mix 1 stick melted butter with sugar, add eggs. Mix flour and spices. Mix squash, milk and flavoring with sugar and eggs. Add flour and spices. Pour into oblong, greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
