DOUGH FOR SWEET ROLLS OR BUTTERHORNS 
1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
4 1/2 - 5 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Scald milk. Add butter, sugar, salt and eggs. Cool to lukewarm and add to yeast mixture. Then mix in flour. Knead lightly and let rise until double in bulk. Then roll into butterhorns or sweet rolls as desired. Let rise until double. Bake butterhorns 15 minutes in 400 degree oven and sweet rolls about 20 to 25 minutes in 375 degree oven.
