RUSSIAN CORN BREAD 
3 c. self-rising cornmeal
3 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. hot peppers
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. creamed corn

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in pan at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
