RED POTATO RANCH SALAD 
4 c. red potatoes, diced, cooked & cooled
1 c. cooked broccoli florets
1 c. cauliflower, cooked
1 stalk celery, diced
2 c. onions (sweet), chopped
1 (8 oz.) bottle Ranch dressing
Salt & pepper to taste

In large bowl sprinkle salt, pepper and remaining ingredients and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. May substitute 4 cups shell pasta or elbow macaroni.
