PEACHY PRALINE COBBLER 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. half & half
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed (finely) graham crackers
1 (6 oz.) pkg. almond brickle chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drain well and chop
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine cream cheese and sugar; mix with electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add half & half, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. In large bowl, combine crumbs, chips, pecans, and coconut. Stir into this cream cheese mixture and peaches. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until edges are golden brown. Serve warm or chilled with fresh sliced peaches and whipped cream.
