WHITE POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 can Campbell potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Mix all ingredients together except cheese in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes.
