KING COLE SLAW 
2 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 c. coarsely shredded carrots
1 can well drained pineapple chunks
1/3 c. nuts
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of salt

Blend together mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, lemon juice and sugar. Add pinch of salt. Combine pineapple, carrots, cabbage and nuts in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss well. Chill at least 1 hour or longer. Makes 6 servings.
