O'BRIEN POTATO CASSEROLE 
Put 1 package O'Brien potatoes and 1 stick butter aside to soften and thaw.

Mix O'Brien potatoes and butter together well. Add 1 cup grated cheese. Mix well and add 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted). Add 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream. Mix well. Put in lightly greased container. Sprinkle with dry crumbs (Italian bread crumbs are good). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until bubbly.
