APPLE CRUNCH BREAD 
1 pkg. Apple Cinnamon Quick Bread Mix
1/2 c. chopped, peeled apple
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped, peeled apple

Stir by hand until mixed. Pour half of batter in bread pan. Spoon cream cheese filling over batter. Spoon rest of batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees. Put a glaze on top while still warm.
