CZECH SOUP DUMPLINGS 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Beef soup or chicken soup, boiling

Beat eggs. Combine with remaining ingredients. Beat well. Dough should be light and delicate. If heavy, a little more water can be added. Dip spoon into soup and into dough to make small dumplings. Drop by spoonfuls into simmering broth and cook until done, a few minutes. 1/2 recipe can be tried.
