SAUSAGES BAKED IN BATTER 
1 lb. pork sausage links
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook sausages as directed on package; reserve drippings. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brush an oblong 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish with sausage drippings. Place sausage, in a single layer, in dish. Combine remaining 4 ingredients with a hand beater until smooth; pour over sausages. Bake uncovered until puffed and golden brown, about 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
