POTATOES ROMANOV 
6 lg. potatoes
2 c. sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Paprika on top

Cook potatoes in skins until tender. Shred into large bowl. Stir in sour cream, onion, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Turn into 2 quart greased casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle on paprika. Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
