QUICK BATTER YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
3/4 c. milk (scalded)
3/4 c. very warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. self-rising flour

In large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and water. Stir in sugar, oil and salt. Add flour and mix well. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 12-18 rolls.
