COCOA PINK CUPCAKES 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cold water
Chopped nuts
Chocolate bits

Sift flour, cocoa and salt together. Blend in eggs, vanilla, sugar and shortening. Dissolve baking soda in water and add. Beat on medium with electric mixer. Line muffin pans with paper cups. Fill cups with batter. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate bits. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
