CRUSTY TOPPED NOODLE KUGEL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
8 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash salt
8 oz. noodles
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Beat cheese and butter. Add sugar and mix well. Blend in eggs, then milk, vanilla, lemon juice and salt. Cook noodles according to package; drain and mix in with mixture. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and top with graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon, mixed together. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees until crusty and brown. Cool 30 minutes, cut into squares and serve in place of potatoes or rice. Always gets a good review!
