SHISK KEBOB MARINADE 
2-3 lb. cubed meat (lamb or beef)
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. dried parsley
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. marjoram
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. salt
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. rosemary
2 tbsp. rum

Marinate meat overnight in refrigerator. Alternate meat cubes on skewers with peppers, tomatoes, onions, and zucchini. Broil.
