Poke (tenderize) holes in steak on both sides. Sprinkle seasonings on both sides, then put steak in frying pan. Cover steak with water. Add 1 tsp. of butter. Add 1/2 chopped onion. Let steak simmer in water until it begins to boil or meat gets tender, then add barbeque sauce. Let cook another 5 to 10 minutes.
