BLUEBERRY SNACK BARS 

1 package (18 oz.) yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 eggs
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 can (21 oz.) LUCKY LEAF® Premium Blueberry Pie Filling
3/4 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

In large mixing bowl, blend cake mix, butter and 1 egg.

Pat mixture into buttered 15" x 10" jelly roll pan.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy; blend in 2 eggs and sugar. Pour over cake mixture.

Spoon pie filling over top and sprinkle with coconut and nuts.

Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes until lightly browned.

Cool; cut into bars.
