CELERY GARLIC SAUCE FOR BROILED FISH 
1 c. butter
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
Salt & pepper

Melt butter in saucepan. Saute celery, onion and garlic until tender and onion is transparent. Add remaining ingredients; simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Brush fish with half of sauce. Broil. Turn fish. rush with other half of sauce. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
