MOM'S YEAST ROLLS 
4 c. flour (approximately)
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. water (approximately), lukewarm

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Dissolve yeast in water and add along with Crisco. Knead the soft dough, adding flour as needed, about 5 to 10 minutes. Let rise until double in volume. Punch down and let rise again. Make into small rolls and let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until brown.
