BEEF STUFFING ROULADES 
1 pkg. Stove Top mushroom & onion flavor
1 1/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. burgundy or apple juice
1/4 c. butter
6 boneless tender steaks, 1/4 inch thick

Combine contents of vegetable/seasoning packet, water, wine and butter. Stir until butter is melted. Stir in stuffing crumbs. Place 1/4 cup stuffing on each steak and roll-up. Place roulade in baking dish. Seam side down. Place remaining stuffing in the middle of dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with mushroom sauce, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
